Success for TNQ at FTB Readers' Awards 2015
30 April 2015
On Friday 24th April, the property awards season kicked off and we're happy to announce that TNQ was highly commended in the 'Best Architectural Design' category at the First Time Buyer Readers' Awards.
Competing against other, well established developers, TNQ was recognised for its innovative design and on-going contribution to the local community.
Currently under construction, TNQ is a joint venture with Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) comprising five buildings, 460 apartments, 60,000 sq ft of retail & leisure, secure covered car and bicycle parking, gym and crèche.
Working with regeneration specialists DunnettCraven architects, TNQ is thoughtfully designed with each building set around an expansive private landscaped courtyard elevated some 40 feet above street level and landscaped with mature trees, planted borders, water features and modern stonework.
The evening was a great opportunity to celebrate with our joint parnters Royal London Asset Management, who we hope to work with on future projects.
Next up are the RESI Awards, where NEAT have been nominated in the 'Best Newcomer' category.
