2021 HD AWARDS SHORTLISTING Rolfe Judd is delighted to announce that their Colosseum Retail Park project has been shortlisted for 2021 HD Awards in the ‘Project’ category. This transformation of an underused retail park in north Enfield, into a new truly mixed-use neighbourhood of up to 1800 homes, has been designed by Rolfe Judd on behalf of NEAT Developments and BlackRock Real Assets.
