Capital West London Conference

As part of our leadership in developing both stacked industrial units and co-location of new homes with creative and other light industrial uses, NEAT spoke at the recent Capital West London conference.

With an audience of local authorities, developers, agents and others, a key challenge for London is how best to get more out of a scarce land supply. Intensification is the policy watchword, but like a lot of things, often easier to say than deliver.

A number of West London boroughs have bought into the challenge, and have serious plans to encourage public:private collaboration.
