NEAT Developments has been selected by Enfield Council to assist in the development of 134 new homes off Fore Street in Edmonton. Following a strategic review of the extant planning consent, NEAT has worked within the parameters of the existing approval to support the Council in securing the necessary consents and commencing works on site. The majority of the homes will be affordable, all allocated for local residents. This 100% affordable scheme demonstrates NEAT’s ongoing collaboration with local authorities to deliver impactful, community-focused projects.
