OVERVIEW

Are you TNQ?

Capitol Way, Colindale NW9

TNQ is a joint venture between NEAT Developments and Royal London, completed to the highest standards and praised by The Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE). This project exemplifies the ethos of NEAT and sets a benchmark for future large mixed-use developments. Integrating residential and commercial spaces, it successfully meets the needs of the local community, retailers, and residents, and serves as a flag bearer for developments to come.

Comprising five striking buildings, TNQ consists of 460 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with up to 90,000 sq. ft. of triple-height retail and leisure space. The development includes secure covered car and bicycle parking, a gym, and a crèche. Built around four private courtyards elevated 40 feet above street level, the site is landscaped with mature trees, planted borders, water features, and modern stonework.

NEAT was responsible for the entire project, from design and construction to lettings, sales, and the coordination of the affordable housing agreement. The homes at TNQ are designed and built to a high specification, showcasing contemporary style while meeting modern lifestyle needs.

“The scale of the development provided us with a real opportunity to create a flourishing community at TNQ. Shops and community facilities respond to the bustle of the Edgware Road and animate the façade along Capitol Way. As well as providing impressive views for residents, a tower onto Edgware Road also identifies TNQ as an important local landmark.” — Charles Dunnett, Architect and Managing Director at DunnettCraven
