North-east London Development Site

NEAT in partnership with the landowner is working on an exciting development site in north-east London. The 9-acre greenfield site has the potential to be unlocked for development close to the strategic road network to meet local and national policy objectives.

Following the initial due diligence exercise the team is looking at how best to take the exciting project forward.
